Then we slack awhile then we all go home. On my way home. my mother call me. Ask me wan go sakura and eat. i tot what. Sakura? smlj. anime? got Naruto anot? Then my mother tell me eat sushi those 'ji pun' cusine lah. then i tot. what the heck. go lah. since not i pay. BUFFET summore. and guys. remember. its BUFF-ET , not booooooooooofeih. understand? BUFF-ET.

Then we arrived at Yio Chu Kang stadium there. I saw a long queue sia outside the sakura. 1 person 24++ for adult. and 10.90++ for below 12 kids. anyway. for my family. 4 adults 1 kid. My father pay like 144+$ i think. so uh. work ur maths to count how much per person. cause im lazy.
I must say. Sakura is worth 24++,if u can eat lah. got quite a variety. Not often seen in normal buffet. Ribeye. Dory fish. Salmon. Mussels. Clams. Oysters. Sushi. cakes.kuay lapis. Fruits. Veggie. Chawamushi. Sharkfin soup. Black chicken soup. Roasted duck and white chicken. Laksa. Prawn. Fish otah. Cold noodles(i dono what u call it in jap). Quite a variety eh?
The good ones - Chawamushi prawn oyster clam mussel dory salmon cakes kuay lapis veggie. The bad ones- sharkfin soup black chicken soup. duck chicken otah. The dono ones- fruit laksa cold noodles cause i never try. The ok ones- Everything.

Their chawamushi was not bad. Still hot. can taste the egg. Smooth. Prawn dory salmon oyster clam mussel. A MUST EAT! All are oven baked ones,with cheeze and tomato on top the oyster. others are with cheeze. How many buffet u went to, with oyster clam mussels baked every minute? Cause once they are out. i sapu all gone. :p I especially liked their cheesecake. Forgotten whats the name. dono lah. forget. The cake is cut into bite size. So easy. Their cheesecake , althou cannot compare to those Cafe Cartel, Starbucks Cheesecake. but got the 75% standard. Song also rite? There 1 slice 5$.
Sakura eat 24++ also eat other good thing too. Their kuay lapis also nice. I like kuay lapis since young. My aunt does them for me ocassionally. So i also got the standard to eat one. not like those u buy from bakery. what 3 piece 1 dollar. that one ka na sai one. anyway. nice is nice. dun ask so much. ok? Just go try. If u suay suay that day their stock come is kns one dun blame me.
Their Vegie dam funny. Cause we were given clips. And on the clips got our table number. so they will serve to u. so i go clip the clip at the kai lan. we wait about half hour? come one big plate. but 4 leaves. then serve to a family of 5. si beh funny. i at there like, wait wait wait. i tot will be good since so long. its good. BUT too small ration. So whats the use. In the end. like me, make me walk to and fro like 4 times. Clip 4 times. si mi lan jiao. dots one leh. why they dun give more. so wun have so many order right.
NOT SO GOOD DISHES! ----------------- Shark fin soup and the black chicken soup,not nice. Cause too diluted , machiam water. then the shark fin soup. dono even got shark fin anot. i fish fish fish. use the laddle inside the pot fish the fin , also cannot find. And their shark fin soup got one lump - one lump de. dono smlj one. never bother. The black chicken soup also one kind. dam funny one. The label put 'Black Chicken Soup' but cannot find black chicken. and summore is they prepare for u de, not u selfservice. Got soup no black chicken. huh? then dun call black chicken soup lah. Call .... Black chicken soup with no chicken.
Like any other buffet. duck and chicken is avaliable. But also like any other buffet. their duck and chicken meat is hard and rubbery. So if u wanna buffet on duck and chicken only. Sakura is not the place for you. Their ration also 3 to 4 pieces of meat. thats it.
OH YA. F***ing hell. Talk about the duck meat. I at there queue for the duck meat right, then they chop liao wan give me liao. Then thiscb auntie justcut lim pei queue. wa ka ni na. Make me du lan. Behind me also no people u nid cut my queue? it was like wtf lor. ya la its crowded. and squeezy. but behind me no people u cannot wait ur turn? She just take and without saying a word and left. I was so dam pissed lor. Even the guy cutting the duck saw the situation, at there also stun tio. Na beh. Ten i looked at the cutter , and requested another plate. Then he give me lor.
They serve fish otahs too. Because of the clams and oysters and mussels. I had high expectations for the otah. As they were from the same people. but when i tried it right. piang eh. 1 word. CMI (cant make it) The otah dry dry one. Then wan spicy not spicy. si beh not nice to eat. heng i only take one.
Another dish was the Rib Eye YES they do serve rib eye, but roughly also around palm size only. Half hour of waiting too. U cannot choose how well done u want the rib eye to be. So they all cook well done. but their well done, is abit too well done. The piece of meat too small too thin not nice. But for 24++ and the variety of food. What more can u choose? haha. Fruits, Cold Noodles , Lamb shoulder all i never try. But fruits my brother say nice. Lamb shoulder still okay for my dad. Cold noodles not really nice.
Overall, Sakura is worth the money, but not suitable to go everyday. A family outing will be good. i rate 4.5 out of 5 stars.
